Turmeric is a root tuber plant belonging to a ginger family. Its commonly used as spice in South Asian dishes . Turmeric is also commonly used as a herb , it has a compounds ; curcumin and curcuminoid which are so vital in pharmaceutical sector. Turmeric can not grow in most parts of the world. Its mainly grown in South Asia in countries like India and China. Besides its tubers , turmeric leaves have got several benefits like spicing tea ,food etc.
1. Turmeric boosts metabolism . Metabolism is the process of burning down food in body to produce energy. The surplus is stored as fat but compounds like curcumin found in turmeric creates heat that makes this fat burned down quickly into calories to be used in producing energy and this is how it helps in weight loss .
2. Turmeric also speeds up weight loss by turning the white dispose tissue into a brown dispose tissue . A dispose tissue can be simply understood as the fat. So in a easy way lets say curcuminoid a compound in turmeric turns white fat into brown fat . Brown burns down quickly as compared to the white fat and this speeds up weight loss
4. Turmeric supplements . Various supplements are made from turmeric including those specifically made for weight loss most in pills ,capsules and syrups.
OTHER BENEFITS OF TURMERIC BESIDES WEIGHT LOSS
1.Turmeric prevents inflammation. Inflammation are signs and symptoms exposed by the body due an infection or disorder for example pain , skin rushes and headache
2.Turmeric prevents diabetes . Diabetes is a very common disease in obese people so using turmeric can save from this disease . Curcumin regulates blood sugar and its commonly used in diabetes treatment .
3. Turmeric also prevents depression . Just like coffee turmeric wakes up the brains and turns it to be active . This is among my favorite reason as to why i like turmeric mostly during during afternoon when am feeling sleepy.
4.Its fights cancer . This is the most common known importance of turmeric . Turmeric just like ginger it excretes dead cells from the body and promotes growth of new cells according to the study and this was one of the earliest discovered importance of turmeric in medical researches. So taking turmeric can save from this dangerous disease.

According to studies red hot chili or cayenne has been found among the vegetables that can help you lose weight . Chili has got a chemical compound called capsaicin that creates heat , this heat is used in boosting metabolism leading to a weight loss. So i may i advise you to use chili in your weight loss plan . Below , am showing you ways how chili can help you lose weight .
1.Chili compound capsaicin creates heat in body . This heat speeds up metabolism [burning up of food in the body ] and in this situation more calories are burnt down . What is calorie ? , in a simple way a calorie is a unit or amount of energy your body gets whenever food is burnt down in the body . So whenever you eat food mostly one with high calories your body burns them down but it keeps the excess as fat and this where growing fat begins. Chili can help you lose weight but may be you can help it by reducing the calorie intake. Capsaicin created heat will help in the burning up the fat but it can rebuild if you may don’t change your diet. Briefly chili can work better if you collaborate it with a weight loss favouring diet.
2. Chili creates a feeling of satisfaction or fullness even if you have eaten little food . This can help you avoid to eating frequently or eating more than your body needs. Chili is used in world regions with economic income hardships for this purpose . As people in such regions may not have money to buy food for more meals in the the day they use chili to keep them full. For an individual intending to lose weight this is a good solution.
3.Chili stimulates brown fat . Brown fat is the kind of fat that easily burns out as calories . The most known situations where brown fat can be created may due physical activities and coldness . Recent researches state that brown fat can created from the chili chemical compound capsaicinoid. HOW TO PREPARE GINGER FOR EATING . – Wash it well and peel off the outer skin . -Cut it into small slices -Cut each peace in one or two grams weight -Eat four pieces a day -Eat one in the morning , afternoon , evening and at night before you sleep. GINGER LEMON WATER FOR WEIGHT LOSS -You slice ginger and lemon into pieces . -Boil them together -You leave them to cool and take it as drinking water. -Or you may add coffee ,sugar when its hot and take it as tea. I love this its like something i love (coffee) being a solution to the problem . APPLE CIDER VINEGAR , HONEY AND GINGER FOR YOUR WEIGHT LOSS Apple cider vinegar and honey are known in the weight loss plans if used precisely. Here we are going to use them with ginger in two or three simple steps ; -Boil one cup of water . -After add one or two spoons of honey . -Add one or two spoons of vinegar . -I usually add coffee but its optional . -Take two to three cups a day. It would be better to switch to another method like ginger lemon water or using them interchangeably . Apple cider vinegar may not be good for your health when you used for a long time . FRESH GINGER AND GINGER POWDER FOR WEIGHT LOSS Another way to fight weight loss may be like using ginger in our usual meals like cooking sauces , including it in your daily coffee or tea . Its like let fresh ginger or ginger powder be a common additional spice in your daily meals. GINGER JUICE FOR WEIGHT LOSS This is also among the most simple ways to take ginger for weight loss and i think you already know how to use a blender to make juice , just so simple . You can blend it with your favourite fruits like apple , passion fruits or oranges . Add some sugar . Put in the fridge and take whenever you like . GINGER SUPPLEMENTS FOR WEIGHT LOSS. Some supplements are specially made for weight loss purpose . Most of these are supplements extracted from ginger or chili e.g Nutricost ginkgo biloba supplement. If you are taking some medication like you have a certain illness or you are pregnant though people of this kind are highly advised to use ginger it would be better if you first consult your doctor for proper usage. Studies about ginger side effects are antagonistic , some are published supporting while others opposing the ginger side effects. Ginger side effects; 1.It may cause heartburn 2.It usually causes abdominal pain 3.It may lead to miscarriage in pregnant women but some studies are opposing this. 4.It can cause severe bleeding in case of an injury 5. Ginger stops an upset stomach and can still cause diarrhoea if consumed excessively. Even though most sides effects of ginger come after excessively using it but some side effects are opposed by various studies like the issue of miscarriage .
